Shipping Info: We aim to have all orders out within 2-3 days. Delivery times may vary depending on service and location. Below are delivery guidelines from day of dispatch. The items are shipped with economy shipping to keep costs as low as possible and thus are not tracked.

Switzerland : 2 work days
Europe : 4-8 work days
International : 15-17 work days

Return Policy: Within 14 days after receiving your items, you can report any issues to us in order to get a full refund. Physical CDs and digital music cannot be object of a refund.

The returned item will be inspected once it arrives back to us and cannot be visibly worn, must not have been damaged, marked or smell in any way or be in any condition that we deem renders the item unsellable. All items must be returned with all relevant swing tags, labelling and branding and with the original packaging together with our supplied receipt/invoice.

Any items returned which do not comply with our return policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund.
